asked

questions

Is it normal for the honey to be crystalized (in a solid state)?
-
Yes, that is the process of natural honey.  With temperatures dropping honey will go from a liquid state to a solid state.  Keep honey in room temp, if crystallization does happen, place bottle of honey in direct sunlight on a warm day or you can place bottle in warm water for a few minutes to break it down.

Is the honey proceeded or diluted with anything?
-No, our honey is 100% virgin honey, it is never tampered with aside from the extraction process from the beehives to your bottle.  100% raw American honey straight from the hive to your hands.

Where are you located?
-We are located in Blythe California, the western most part of the Sonoran Desert.

Do you offer pollination services?
-Yes we do offer pollination service, please refer to the Pollination Services Tab

Shipping Method?
-Shipping is flat rate up to 4 bottles, more than that it will go in a flat rate box.

Types of Honey
-Our main and only production is Alfalfa, and Desert Wild Flower.  We have had the opportunity to put bees in Citrus Orchards, which is why we offer a limited amount of Citrus Honey (Grapefruit and small amount of Orange).  We also have been able to catch the Mesquite bloom and have a couple barrels of that to pack.
Usually our the honey (Alfalfa or Desert Wild Flower) is mixed by the bees or by us in the extraction process.
